4. Shipping, Returns, and Personal Hygiene Exception

All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Return Policy. Please Note: Due to the medical and personal nature of gynecological supplies and intimate hygiene products, any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned or refunded due to health, safety, and sanitary regulations, except in cases of proven product defect.
